At mildory, we’re committed to delivering exceptional quality and ensuring you feel great about every purchase. If your order from mildory.com doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase.
RETURNS:
To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Please be aware that returns for items purchased on mildory.com cannot be processed at physical retail locations, and likewise, store purchases are not eligible for return via our website.
EXCHANGES:
We currently offer size exchanges for items bought online, provided they are in unused condition and still have their tags attached. Unfortunately, items bought in-store cannot be exchanged through our website. If you’re looking to exchange for a different color or have any specific concerns, feel free to reach out—our team will gladly assist you.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
To initiate a return or exchange, sign in to your account, go to your Order History, and select the relevant order to begin the process.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Timeframe: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time of refund is usually within 3 to 15 business days after we receive the returned items. Please contact your bank to find out when the refund will be returned to your account. Due to the difference between Banks, it may take up to a few weeks for the credit to be returned to your account.
Partial Refunds: If an item arrives back to us in less-than-original condition, only a portion of the purchase price may be reimbursed.
